Intro to WIC: Women Infants and Children
Multnomah County needed to create a friendly introductory video to the WIC program for its current and potential users. The goal was to be informative, warm and inclusive, contemplating the diversity among WIC users. The video was first released in three languages: English, Spanish and Russian.

Eviction Prevention Mediation Program
After the release of the Intro to WIC video, Housing Mediation approached IZO with a similar request. This draw-on video was also intented to explain how the Eviction Prevention Mediation Program works and how it can help housing providers and tenants resolve conflicts.
